This is a mandatory 30-60 minute session where we evaluate your brand’s campaign goals, target audience, and product fit for creator distribution. It determines your placement within the TRUVITO ecosystem, whether you're interested in project execution, creator collaborations, or product seeding. Our sessions carry a non-refundable fee. This fee helps to ensure we cater to serious inquiries and provide the highest quality service. This policy allows us to dedicate time and resources to crafting personalized solutions for our valued clients.
Cancellation Policy
All consultations and services booked with TRUVITO require full payment at the time of booking, which is non-refundable but may be applied as credit toward future services if rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. To protect the integrity of our services, you agree not to disclose any details, strategies, or materials provided during consultations to third parties without prior written consent from TRUVITO. Additionally, all shared information remains strictly confidential. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
